Shortlisted applicants are then invited to an HR interview. This initial interview will focus on your communications skills and cultural fit for the AugmentScale team.
Candidates who clear step 1 will be assigned a coding test, which is a timed MCQ test meant to gauge your coding skills.
Candidates who pass the HR interview will move onto the technical interview round. Based on the position they have applied for, we will schedule the candidate's technical interviews with senior managers. This will be a detailed technical assessment where we will evaluate your programming fundamentals, coding skills, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
